To make the programmes available to all participants, we offer childcare during all of our evening and weekend activities. This is a fun way for children to make new friends and experience a community of children with similar background and experiences, as well as similar or same native tongue. Many children, who fled from Ukraine, in Swedish schools and daycare lack this opportunity to talk and play in their own language. This additional support for children is an important component of the project, and allows parents to give their full focus to the programme.
