Every Monday, the project offers yoga with yoga instructor, Mila. This is a chance for participants to find a moment of peace and harmony. Yoga is a very valuable tool to cope with stress and strengthening the participant’s mental and physical wellbeing. This activity helps restore the balance in body and mind, which is especially essential after trauma and the big life changes that the migration process involves. This holistic people and sustainability view is also strongly connected to KFUM:s corner stones: BODY, MIND and SPIRIT.
